Acquisition of 21445 Beaumeade Circle

21445 Beaumeade Circle is an 80,000 sq/ft industrial/office building located on a 10+ acres parcel in the strategic data center market of Ashburn, Virginia, often referred to as “Data Center Alley”.

The transaction was closed in Q2 2018 fully in cash. Designs are being finalized for a first phase $225m development of a 280,000 sq/ft, 30 MW leading edge data center facility.
