Divestment of Dataplex B10

Dataplex B10 is a 77,000 sq/ft former industrial plating factory, with office facilities, acquired by Chirisa in 2013.

Chirisa redeveloped the facility into a 10MW cutting edge wholesale data center facility, achieved 90% occupancy by the end of 2017, attracting occupiers such as Microsoft, Facebook and Vodafone. It was divested to by Keppel DC REIT, a dedicated Singaporean Data Centre fund.
